Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the ProxyFlow website and service (the "Service") operated by ProxyFlow ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
ProxyFlow provides rotating proxy infrastructure and API access for data collection, testing, and automation. We act as a data carrier and do not generate the content accessed through our network.
You agree NOT to use the Service for any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of this section will result in immediate account termination without refund and potential legal action:
You are responsible for safeguarding the API keys and passwords that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your API key to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Billing: The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly).
Payment Processor: We use Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. All billing inquiries and secure payment processing are handled by Paddle.
Refunds: We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for the "Starter" plan if usage is below 100 requests. For all other plans and usage levels, refunds are granted at our sole discretion. Accounts terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ProxyFlow and its licensors.
Read this carefully:
In no event shall ProxyFlow, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ProxyFlow and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ProxyFlow is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
