We do not store your credit card details. All payment processing is handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. We only retain a customer ID and subscription status linked to your account.

1.3 Usage Data (Proxy Traffic)

To maintain service quality, prevent abuse, and calculate billing, we collect limited metadata about your proxy usage:

  • Logged: Timestamp, Target Domain (e.g., google.com), Bandwidth used, Response Status Code (e.g., 200 OK), and Response Time.
  • NOT Logged: We do not log the content of your requests (POST bodies), the content of responses (HTML/JSON), or your cookies/headers.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the Service
  • To notify you about changes to our Service
  • To provide customer support
  • To monitor the usage of the Service (billing and analytics)
  • To detect, prevent and address technical issues and abuse (fraud prevention)

3. Data Retention

Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
Traffic Logs: Usage metadata is retained for 30 days for debugging and abuse monitoring, after which it is aggregated or permanently deleted.

  • Hetzner/DigitalOcean: Cloud infrastructure hosting.
  • SendGrid: Transactional emails.

ProxyFlow aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data. If you wish to be informed what Personal Data we hold about you or if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us.

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure database practices.
