3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 3 days of your first purchase for the Starter Plan, provided that:

  • You have used less than 100 requests.
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

General Refunds

For all other plans or after the 3-day period, refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion. We do not provide refunds for:

  • Unused bandwidth or requests at the end of a billing cycle.
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., fraud, illegal scraping).
  • Service interruptions caused by factors outside our control (e.g., target website blocking specific subnets).
